Here's your first sneak peek at the upcoming City-State of Balic. Lots of people have been champing at the bit to try the new silt skimmer rules, so I thought I'd share the chapter, "Of the Silt and Silt Skimmers"
It has a boat load of new content, new rules, 5 skimmer write ups, 2 new locations, 2 fleshed out NPCs with art, a magic and psionic item, a new priest spell, and a map of the silt paths in the area of Balic.
