Star can access Subscriber's personal address information only if Subscriber agreed to share their personal address with all Stars they are subscribed to. The address information can only be used in order to deliver physical products (gifts) and cannot be shared with anyone else even if user gave a personal agreement on this.
Star and Referral Associate are able to see Subscriber's real name if Subscriber didn't set their nickname. Nickname can be set in the Account Settings or upon registration.
Star can't share any reports provided by the Service unless given a written agreement. Reports may contain sensitive business information.
If our platform is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
