ATOMIC 2d10 System Reference Document
With everything that has gone on with the OGL, I felt compelled to compile a stripped-down version of Atomic Punk 2160 to use as an SRD (System Reference Document). Not only that, but I have put this SRD in the Public Domain. The "ATOMIC 2d10 System" logo is under the creative commons (CC-BY-SA).
This system is a simple hack of BX and the typical OSR rules that use a 2d10 resolution mechanic. Instead of a d20, attacks and actions are resolved on the bell curve of 2d10. The target number is 11 with modifiers tugging and pulling back and forth. There is no AC. Instead, there is a weapon vs armor attack matrix which make hitting a target number of 11 easier or more difficult. It's a combination of the design of BX and the classic 2d6 system sensibilities combined as a whole new thing. I hope people like it and feel encouraged to make Atomic Punk 2160 supplements or completely new games! No license is required!
