Settlement Generator
This is a little generator I made for figuring out the basics about a village, town, or city. It provides a series of tables and steps for determining population size, law level, and main goods or services they export. For me, maps are useful, but knowing these few details is often more useful for constructing a backstory on the fly for the sandbox kind of games I run.
