Welcome

  • I study personal development, unified field theories, and new thought leaders. I will be sharing personal revelations and signposts along my journey to seek greater awareness and help others to discover a more meaningful way of life.
  • I am a creative, working on my first manuscript, that presents a wide array of topics stemming from my studies in alternative theories on the leading edge of physics, and self-mastery studies.
  • As an avid reader, there's no lack of topics that will appear here. I will be sharing from my archive of personal notes, and well over 15 million words in the digital archive, going back to 1998; when I had my first mystic experience that changed it all. ∆∆∆ Reflection on my inner worlds and my past experience reminds me of the impact that journaling has had on my life. As with most spiritual practices, they are cumulative. I consider journaling a spiritual practice of the highest order, and why I have pinned this post. This is my Go-To practice that requires little effort to get started. But when I mention this to people that I think could benefit from it, here’s what I notice. They don’t do it! I’ve spent years prodding people to do three simple things to get started.

1) Go out and purchase a journal that suits your needs, matches your energy, and is probably a little more expensive than you might have thought. Sure, you can get a spiral notebook or some loose-leaf pages, however, I find that when I have a well-bound and elaborate decoration on the cover, there’s already energy infused within the blank slate.

2) Get yourself a blue pen that will only be used for this specific exercise. Sure, you can use whatever you want, but there’s a secret in the blue penmanship that most fail to grasp. Trust me on this. I also recommend that you start with handwritten journaling before you consider the conversion into a digital copy. In time, you can switch to digital journaling if you wish, but I strongly recommend building the pathways from head to heart, to hand, and back through the page from eyes and into the head again, before closing with the saturated gratitude of the heart for taking the time to expand your awareness and self-love through conscious writing.

3) Commit yourself to a daily entry, perhaps even two. One could be upon first waking up, as this is a time when you are somewhat between worlds. You’ve just come out of dream time and as you awaken to your daily routine, there are energy flows that you can capture before any outer influences in your day have any chance to distract you. I personally enjoy writing down my dreams, if I can remember them, and then setting an intention, or tone for the day. With gratitude and an acknowledgment of the abundance of life and gratitude for yet another opportunity to create another day that is in alignment with your vision. The other, or second entry could be a release or surrendering process to release and integrate the energies of the day before we prepare for your bedtime routine. It’s here that I write down any accomplishments, difficulties, or improvements that I feel need to be acknowledged. I try not to fall into plans for tomorrow, for tomorrow will come of its own accord. Discipline leads to freedom, and as with most spiritual practices, the benefits are realized when we make promises to ourselves and keep them. Our word, even to ourselves, is more important than most realize. If you can’t trust yourself to follow through with activities that fall in line with your highest values, how can you expect others to trust you when you’ve stated your best intentions in regards to others? ∆∆∆

High-Performance Mindset. The Preparatory Prologue.

Frequently, superior achievers are healthier and happier than their counterparts. Their accomplishments are praised, and they obtain excellent marks and positions of success. They are forceful for the right reasons and labor with fervor, regardless of customary compensation.

For instance, after performing a job many times, it becomes automatic, such as tying one's shoes or driving a vehicle. To maximize the likelihood of success, these behaviors must be intentionally selected and honed. In the same way that athletes never cease training, top performers never stop shaping their behaviors for success. They never lose sight of the ultimate objective.

The pursuit for high performance is not only about being better than your contemporaries or predecessors. It's about trying to be better than yourself. You can change things like how you think, how you focus, how persistent you are, how you treat people, and how well you feel in general. High performance is not restricted to a certain kind of individual, but is attained by individuals from many walks of life who adhere to a particular set of habits.

Motivation is what gets you started, but routine is what keeps you going. These practices may be imitated by anyone. The six high performance habits are: finding clarity, producing energy, elevating necessity, boosting productivity, establishing influence, and exhibiting bravery.

These habits improve performance and facilitate the development of all other positive behaviors. Start with the goal in mind and focus intently on the present moments of your life. Bring more happiness and self-assurance into your life.

The first habit of outstanding performers is seeking clarity. Great achievers have clarity about who they are, what they desire, and what they find significant and gratifying. They prioritize their future above their current personality and preferences. They expect favorable social connections. Self-awareness is essential to achieving first success. Identify who you are, what you value, your strengths and limitations, and your desired destination. This kind of information will boost your self-esteem and enhance your performance.

Relational presence is the ability to be fully present and interested in a conversation or relationship with another person. It entails being attentive and receptive to the other person, as well as being conscious of the impact our words and actions have in any given situation.

Relational presence is important in social dialogical discovery processes because it creates an environment where both sides feel heard and valued. Being present in a relationship helps us understand and feel for the other person more deeply. This makes the relationship stronger and helps us understand each other better.

Relational presence also helps build trust and teamwork, which are important for progress in any field, whether it's personal relationships, business, or the growth of society as a whole. It helps us communicate clearly, settle disagreements in a healthy way, and get closer to the people we talk to.

Relational presence is built by listening actively, paying attention to nonverbal cues, and knowing yourself. It is also critical to approach interactions open-mindedly and with a desire to learn from others.

We might progress toward a more connected, empathetic, and productive society if we make relational presence the focus of how we talk to each other. This can lead to more invention, heightened comprehension, and a more peaceful world.

Lastly, relational presence is an important part of social dialogical discovery processes, and it has the power to change both our relationships and society as a whole. By working on this in our relationships with other people, we may be able to build a better future for ourselves and for future generations.
