This provides the same benefits as the Supporter tier, plus my gratitude because you're sending me more money.

Howdy. I'm D, AKA Tiran Kin, or Daniel Zeiger for short. Welcome!
All right, that's the important part. This is a welcome message, after all. I'd love to tell you who I am, what this is, and what to expect if you support me, but there's a filesize limit, so we're gonna go real fast and just hit some highlights.
What's that you say? There's no way I'll hit the filesize limit with a short introductory text post? Yes, that's true, but this doubles as the script for my welcome message video. Italicized sections like this aren't in the video, though.
Who I am: I have something like a superpower: a fantastic ability that's the envy of many... which I don't use to help people, so it probably won't come up again. I just like using it to break the ice. And we're out of time, next topic!
What's the superpower? I'm glad you asked!
What this is: A site where you can support me financially as a creator. You throw money at me because you want to make it easier for me to make more things, and as a reward, you get to read new stories almost as soon as I write them. And we're out of time, next topic!
My current focus is on honing my ability to write dialogue. Expect stories to be dialogue-heavy until I decide to work on a different skill. Also, I may occasionally go back and make some subscriber-only posts public instead - like the first part of an ongoing story, or a standalone I particularly liked. Don't think of it as making subscribers less special, think of it as a chance to share a free sample with someone you know who might like it.
What to expect: My goals are pretty conservative right now because I don't want to risk falling short.
Every Saturday, I'll release at least 2000 words of new content in one or more ongoing stories.
Every Wednesday, I'll release something else.
On the 1st of each month, I'll release nonfiction: probably some kind of rant about game design, programming, writing, worldbuilding, or roleplaying. My skills are mostly self-taught, so expect these to be real messy.
And we're out of time, and we're out of topics!
The stories I write are works of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents are products of my imagination or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual events, locales, or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.
- I made a point of recording the video version of this message without looking at the text version. After fifteen takes, I managed to get through it without tripping over a line or needing to clear my throat, but I still unintentionally broke eye contact six times. Alas!
- I like wearing hats (I frequently use them as roleplaying props), but I don't normally wear a hat under my headphones. I did that in the video because I didn't like how my hair looked.
- Oh, and this counts as the first of the monthly nonfiction releases.
