The Temple of the Snake (cropped Version)
The sun scorched dunes were too dangerous to travel on foot with no oases between the city and the temple that coiled around the mountain ridge in the west. Raila, who had no possessions save for her sword and waterskin, mounted upon a giant dragonfly and it took off through the sky, its wings, that were like stained glass, hummed harmoniously as it zipped through the sky. The mountain ridge swiftly came into view as the sun was setting behind the serpentine structure where Ralia's quest is destined.
