Maybe you've spent much time being dormant, maybe some have lived life terribly and now are finally waking up and changing! The old was comfortably, uncomfortable. The new is weird because we are not used to ''good things''. That's just all it is, give it caution and time.

We can start having fun in peace or even in chaos. To be honest with you, I don't like the tone of a motivational speaker. The reason why people like to preach a lot is probably because we've only got one life to live.
