🌼 Mondays Meet and Greet

This zoom is open to all subscribers for an hour of conversation. How did you find Tom? Where about in the world do you live? What is your favorite New Biology concept?

🌼 Tuesdays - a time to focus on a project
2-3 PM PST, November 5 and 12
1-2 PM PST, November 19 and 26
The intention is to focus our own project with group support. Though we'll check in with each other at the beginning and end, this is not a conversation zoom. Meditative music will be playing while we work.

May this zoom give each person a bit of encouragement to begin, continue or complete something.

If you don't have a project in mind, here are some ideas: stretch, write, do yoga, be still, be outside, walk, bike ride, read, draw, cook, clean, organize, knit, focus of healing,research, have a cup of tea, paint, maybe take time to rest...

Everyone is free to use the chat or ignore the chat while listening.

🌸 Fridays Share a story
1-2 PM PST, November 15 and 22
We've all heard that stories in our lives may impact our health. The idea for this zoom is to write out a true story about your life ahead of time that is meaningful to you that you think others would want to hear, and if desired, you may ask for feedback. Listeners may have questions that bring considerations. 

• Please keep your story about 5 minutes or less, so we have time for multiple stories and discussions. 

• Come prepared to share a written story, rather than tell a story in the moment. *If writing is a challenge physically, mentally, or otherwise, perhaps you could record your voice prior telling the story and share the recording.*

May this be a time to discover something useful.

If you don't want to share a story and only want to support others, that is ok.
