This meditative practice consists of just four asanas, breathwork and visualisation to build and strengthen our relationship to the Earth and feel more grounded and peaceful within in times of uncertainty and worry.

Media and gossips activate and reinforce fear within us and lower our vibrational frequency which can lead to conflict, illness and disease .
YOU and I have the choice to step away from that and use your power for GOOD and help the planet to come into balance at a higher vibration level.

✨Live in a state of gratitude. In the words of Tony Robbins “you cannot feel fear or anger while feeling gratitude at the same time.
✨ Think thoughts and feel emotions of love and compassion, for yourself and for others around you. 
✨ Eat high vibration food. You become what you eat ! Plant based foods raise your vibrations
✨ Take a break from technology and connect with Mother Earth. Water a plant, feel the breeze, the rain or the sunlight on your skin. 
✨Surround yourself with people who lift you up.
✨Meditate, take some time to connect to your breath. Travel inwards with your breath. Pranayama and yoga asana practices help to raise your vibrations by bringing you awareness into the breath and hence into the now.
✨Forgive and let go of anything that is weighing you down.
