We are thrilled to announce the Vacation Mode, a feature you have been waiting for.
As a Star, when you're ready to take a break from publishing your content, navigate to your Profile Page Settings and locate the Vacation Mode section. From there, you can easily schedule your time off by selecting the desired Vacation Start and End dates.
To inform visitors to your Profile about this temporary pause in your production, you got an option to leave a personalized message, encouraging them to check back later. This message may help avoid misunderstandings and disappointment of your supporters who visit your Profile while you are gone.
Additionally, you can choose whether to accept new Subscribers while continuing to bill existing ones, or you can opt to disable either one or both of these features, according to your preferences.
You can make use of this feature for any reason you find suitable, whether it be for holidays, sick days, or simply to take a moment to relax and recharge.

Making the subscription cancellation process configurable
Our process involves contacting subscribers who have "insufficient funds" or "expired card" etc up to 6/8 times per MC/VISA regulations. If they fail to make payment for three consecutive months and do not express any desire to resume their payments, we proceed to cancel their subscription. It is important to note that this cancellation does not result in any loss on your end, as the subscription has already been inactive for an extended period, thereby having no impact on your income. In fact, some subscribers even choose to re-join and continue their subscription upon seeing the cancellation notice.
As per valuable input provided by our content creators, the function of cancelling inactive subscription was disabled and will remain disabled by default. Content creators will have a configuration to turn it on and off soon.

This upcoming Monday, June 19th, is Juneteenth National Independence Day and is observed as a US federal bank holiday. Therefore, the processing of all payouts submitted on Friday, June 16, will be delayed.
