The art of this saucy, swampy forest spirit was an artistic license commission from @swampshiloh ! We knew we had to build a color scheme and an atmosphere that was magical, to create the feeling of getting a lucky glimpse of a rare and elusive, fantastical creature. 

All pieces in place and ready for the final photo shoot!

Process shots from the initial maquette sculpt to the pattern we used to fabricate Callyon's head! 


We use tape on top of the sculpt to draw out pattern pieces, then we scale everything up.

Like many of our projects, Callyon started with sketches so we could feel out the proper shapes of the character.
