You can speak Dalec with a little process called Ring Modulation—achieved when you multiply two signals in the audible range together. You can apply ring modulation to your voice in real-time by building the Max 8 module in the photograph below; you can download Max 8 from cycling74.com. Connect the output from your EZADC ~ to the left inlet of *~. Send floating point numbers above 19. to cycle~ to produce sine tones in the audible range. Connect the output of cycle~ to the right inlet of *~. Then connect the output of *~ to the left and right inlets of EZDAC~. Plug in your headphones and turn on our mic. Talk into your mic and click on the different messages feeding into cycle~.  Have fun speaking Dalec!
