this is the meditation that made me into a world champion martial artist. I use the vibration walk to go above and beyond who I was what is ever thought possible and I hope it does the same for you. The best way to use this meditation is to pick a weekend and do it 20 times. the second best way is do this exercise everyday in a period of a year you will gather up so much successful energy day by day and allow yourself to truly transform.
