Our goal is to purchase a real 4K blogging camera vs. constantly taping with our phones or old point and shoot digital cameras. These things aren't cheap but it would go a long way in making our content crisper and more exciting to watch.

One of the big things we really want to get on our homestead is a freeze dryer to store food for extended periods of time. This Harvest Right freeze dryer is the one we're shooting for. If we're able to purchase this one, we will be posting tons of videos showing how we take fresh produce from our garden and package it for long term room temperature storage. Waaaay better than relying on freezers that take lots of energy and tend to die off when you can least afford it.
