Before making this SubStar account, we made the Pressure Junkies Scuba Foundation. The PJSF is a scholarship entity that accepts applications from uncertified individuals who wish to get certified. out of this pool of people, one lucky person will be selected to receive a free certification course. We are also working on a Scuba Continuing Education scholarship for those who wish to continue their scuba education, as to have a career in the field.
