Hello, friends.

I hope you're well.

This month I've released one episode of Professional Reviews on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom publicly, and a second one on the movie Oppenheimer that, at the time of this writing, is only available to my subscribers on Patreon or SubscribeStar of any tier as an early access perk. I'll premiere the latter publicly on the Friday to come. It's a bit longer than the first, being just over ten minutes.

I really hope you're enjoying the Professional Reviews videos. The first one hasn't gotten nearly as many views as one of my Arby 'n' the Chief uploads so far, but I'm trying not to get hung up on the numbers. I spent a long time developing the show in a way that maximally harnesses my creative affinity for nonsense, allows for long-term production and more regular releases, and I genuinely have fun making. I remain committed to it, and hope the numbers will improve a bit as the episode count grows.

The Professional Reviews logo has been added as a design to my Spreadshirt merchandise shop for printing on shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other items.

All the music I've made for my videos should now be available for listening (and purchase, in some cases, on iTunes at least) in the form of four volumes each called JonWave: Tunez From the Darknet on Spotify, Apple, and other platforms.

I continue to release edited video commentaries on older episodes of Arby 'n' the Chief weekly for my Gosu-tier-and-up patrons and those with YouTube memberships. If there's some form of bonus content you're not seeing as a paying subscriber that you'd like to and think I can offer without it interfering with my main productions too much, please let me know. I really want my patrons to consider their subscription valuable.

Next month I think I'll finish and publicly premiere my next Arby 'n' the Chief episode, "Chief's Big Weiner". It's a big one, no pun intended -- so much so that I may break it into parts, each of which will still be fairly long.

After numerous outlines, I'm now finally writing an entire season of Hard Justice in screenplay form. There's a lot to do still, but a lot's been done, too. It's a lot of material.

Sounds really dumb, but it took me a while to figure out an upload schedule that works for me, and I think I have it now. I'll always be working on some big story project, like more Arby 'n' the Chief specials or Hard Justice, but for a month during which I'm still working on the script for the next entry of either, I'll aim to release either two Professional Reviews, or an episode of Mediabyss, perhaps split across a series of "tapes" on a single topic, week-to-week (like the one on the Halo TV series), depending on the length, so there's something substantial every month my patrons are charged.

I've made an adjustment to the early access perk at any patron tier, being that early access will now only apply to projects that aren't Arby 'n' the Chief or machinima. This is due to my recent review of Microsoft's game content usage rules. In accordance with them, I don't want to put content involving Microsoft trademarks behind a pay wall, even if it's temporary. I ask my patrons to consider this for future billing cycles.

Thank you all so much as always for your viewership, feedback, encouragement, and generous financial support, I greatly appreciate it.

Cheers, Jon
