Making the subscription cancellation process configurable
Our process involves contacting subscribers who have "insufficient funds" or "expired card" etc up to 6/8 times per MC/VISA regulations. If they fail to make payment for three consecutive months and do not express any desire to resume their payments, we proceed to cancel their subscription. It is important to note that this cancellation does not result in any loss on your end, as the subscription has already been inactive for an extended period, thereby having no impact on your income. In fact, some subscribers even choose to re-join and continue their subscription upon seeing the cancellation notice.
As per valuable input provided by our content creators, the function of cancelling inactive subscription was disabled and will remain disabled by default. Content creators will have a configuration to turn it on and off soon.
If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via support email.

Will my account here ever be activated? I've been waiting for around a year and never had a response to any of my emails to support.
Guys, I am sorry but your platform is THE WORST
I have been waiting for approval since forever, no response… I even asked one of your approved users to help me out and send you an email, and even that did not get your attention. It really feels like you have no staff and don’t care about your platform at all.
Your subscription is broken too btw, I have tried to subscribe to your 5$ tier to perhaps message you directly, but NOPE. I can’t even enter my card info, it’s literally grayed out…
If you have a staff shortage, just fucking introduce fees to your platform. I would rather pay you like 5% off my income, than you not not having ANY staff. Your platform is falling apart and even users who want to join and support you - can’t do it, because your website is a mess!
