A.  In thinking about this topic I get this is to create even more division.  Ultimately if this task is accomplished they will suppress this class of people even more.  Just as welfare (even though necessary during dire times) was abused and became a way to survive generationally, this will do the SAME thing.  Most people will not work if they think they don't need to, so this will not further careers, opportunities, etc.. People who feel entitled and are given a free way to live lose their grit and drive.  To make it worse the choices the parents make influence the further generations (hence generational welfare).  I get it was the welfare state that created the "suppression" of these people because they lived off it and their kids then lived off it.  Free money is only good for a short burst, but the long term effects are disastrous. 

If you still doubt what I'm saying, look at what the stimulus money did to this country.  Many people got used to it, worked less, were less eager to go back to work and ended up financially stressed once the money stopped.  Now you cannot get people to work.  Prices are higher due to manufactured inflation and customer service is terrible because most places are understaffed.  This will be just like that, especially in CA.

In our entitlement society they are creating a victimhood mentality.  If you don't like your life, you need change it.  Yes, resources should be available if you want to seek them out, but it is up to YOU and not the government.  Idol hands are the devils workshop and I see this creating a lot of idol hands.  

If this even becomes remotely close to passing I'd get out of this state while you still can.  The amount of divisive hate between races (you owe me xyz because of skin color) will be outrageous.  This entire thing is founded on a propaganda that just doesn't exist.  People in general have an innate ability to judge people by how they treat others and not skin color... all this other stuff is frankly BS the Powers That Were have programmed people to think.  Let's get back to our innate instincts!
