- Find out who your local Weston A. Price Chapter Leader is and contact them.
This is a great way to find the best local food, and it's so good to know your farmers sooner than later, especially if you are not growing your own food. Perhaps share in the zoom who your chapter leader is.
- Grow one plant or more. A vegetable or fruit versus an ornamental is especially satisfying, because you get to eat the fruit. One seed often grows so many seeds; it is the opposite of a food shortage when you tend plants and animals to fruition.
Get a seed, a pot with soil, plant and water the seed. Tend and observe to fruition. Share with us in the zoom as you go if you like and noteworthy change.
