Finally, the sleeping giant (USA) has noticed that the world is on fire.  Riots in Chile have set afire the central bank, the electric utility HQ, and many stations on their subway (the longest and most modern in all Latin America).  The fake news-casters are wringing their hands.  They want Americans to worry.  This is a warning to those who would make America great…that violent reakktion will result from any application of law, order, or sound fiscal policy…anywhere in the world!  The hand-wringing message puts all unrest in the same category:  a dissatisfied proletariat that has long tolerated “oppression” but will stand for it no more…that now rises against the ruling class and bourgeoisie.  Really, there are two very opposite classes of riots, plus a few failed states that have been in turmoil forever (Nicaragua, Lebanon).

 

There are legitimate freedom fighters trying to escape totalitarian socialist rule:  Catalan, France’s Yellow Vests, and Hong Kong are in this category.  These are the frogs that realize they are being slowly stewed alive.  The problem is, they are not in a pot—but rather a pressure cooker.  They have too long endured the growth of immense globalist governments; they are walled in and surrounded; their efforts sadly (barring a US-instigated nuclear war, which will not happen) will prove futile.

 

Opposite are riots of violent socialist revolutionaries, composed of a gamut from home-grown Alinski-ites to military-trained special forces from Russia, China, Cuba, and Venezuela.  This is what is happening straight down the volcanic range from Mexico, through Central America (Guatemala and Honduras), and thousands of miles south to Santiago (Ecuador, Peru, and Chile).  This is the activation of militant communist cells (with military weapons) to oppose Trump’s halting the quiet infiltration of invading migrant caravans (and recently promising Latino pastors that he will free the hemisphere from socialism).

 

One year ago, I reported that Mexican president-elect would take office on December 1st and institutionalize migrant caravans (along with socializing education and strengthening ties with Russia and China).  He did that, then played dumb for as long as possible (while furiously socializing every aspect of government), until Trump threatened to shut down the Mexican economy with tariffs.  Then Mexico began to help a little (this week chartering a flight to return 310 Indian migrants to Bombay), but continuing to be soft on crime.  He is gutting the military to build his UN-trained, civilian “National Guard”.  Still, his military is still trying to defend the nation, joining the UNITAS naval exercises and intercepting drug shipments at sea.  There are still US agents attached to various Mexican bureaus, and it was they who caught Chapito (one of El Chapo’s many illegitimate gangster sons) by chance in a patrol of Culiacan (the capitol of the pacific state of Sinaloa, and headquarters to the criminal syndicates of Mexico).  News spread instantly by social media after the capture of Chapito, and all Culiacan (where drug money buoys nearly every family and public work) turned out to fight.  It would be a mistake to call this a riot.  The delincuentes wielded Barrett fifty-cals, grenade launchers, and belt-fed machine guns beyond counting.  Prior missions against El Chapo staged air assets at La Paz (across the Sea of Cortez) for this very contingency.  In fact, El Chapo had spies on duty around the clock watching the La Paz airfield for increased activity, aside from his very well-paid informants within the Mexican military.  Future operations against kingpins need to be backed up with Apaches and sea-based Super Cobras, and the full envelope of US fixed-wing air power…yes, AMLO and others have allowed the Chinese-backed cartels to grow that strong.  This is not an anti-austerity riot by oppressed peasants!

 

Guatemala signed the first of three Northern Triangle migration treaties with the USA.  Then, conservative President Jimmy Morales had the losing socialist presidential candidate Sandra Torres arrested.  Guatemalan soldiers began to be attacked and killed the following day (September 3), prompting President Morales to enact and congress ratify a “State of Siege” (martial law), an emergency that continues today.  The halting of migrant caravans and arrest of their criminal socialist champion clearly sparked the “unrest”.

 

Lenin Moreno, president of Ecuador, was trained his whole life to be a good communist.  Wheelchair-bound since being shot by a thug in a 1998 robbery attempt, Moreno has had a change of heart somewhere along the way, and determined that crime does not pay—not even in government!  His economy in shambles and loaded with pension debt from his socialist predecessor (like Chile and Argentina), he must institute some austerity measures and cut the umbilical of some on the gravy train.  This is the ostensible cause of unrest and the president’s flight from his capital, Quito.  The reality is that there is enormous pressure on the economy from Venezuelan migrants.  Many of these are trained fifth columnists (as are the narcotics and human trafficking cartels, built by the CIA with Chinese backing over many years).  President Moreno swung to the right and the 5th column was activated to topple his elected government.

 

In Peru, President Vizcarra was never supposed to get ahold of the helm.  He was vice president to globalist international banker PPK (Pedro Pablo Kuczynski), who was fleecing the nation in the Odebecht scandal.  All he had to do was lie low until the end of his term, then flee the country with his ill-gotten gains.  By divine providence, he was caught with his hand in the cookie jar and driven from office.  Vizcarra (much more conservative) took over just ahead of the2018 UN General Assembly.  He went to New York and condemned Maduro’s Venezuela in his speech, then citing the OAS InterAmerican Letter of 2001 WHICH HAS A MUTUAL DEFENSE INTERVENTION PROVISION!  He invited the Latin World (and Uncle Sam) to root out the socialist menace in Venezuela, calling it a rupture of democracy and a threat to the stability of the region.  For this offence, and the ongoing draining of his own swamp (with many high officials prosecuted), the 5th columnists of his nation have been activated to riot and set fires.  Here also, there are many Venezuelan “refugees”.  Sources vary on the exact number, but the order of magnitude is 1 million each in Ecuador and Venezuela.  The attack against President Vizcarra was of such strength that he ordered the dissolution of congress (a course of action suggested to Donald Trump by Hal Turner as a legal counterblaste to the bogus impeachment proceedings in our own country).  Congress adjourned, but not before returning a no-confidence vote against President Vizcarra—which would normally cause his replacement by his vice president.  Instead of taking the presidency, the vice president resigned, as did the next successor, the speaker of the dissolved congress.  This left embattled Vizcarra with no clear successor and no legitimate government to take power (in the midst of rioting in the streets).  Vizcarra met with an assembly of Peruvian mayors (the mayor or alcalde being a powerful official in the Latin world, similar to our offices of sheriff and mayor rolled into one).  He told them he counted on their support, and evidently got it.  The strongest indication of Vizcarra’s hold on power was his meeting the October 10th with Chilean President Sebastian Pinera.  They discussed many areas of diplomacy (they are neighbors), but above all released a joint statement of solidarity with Ecuador’s President Lenin Moreno! 

 

For this offence, Chile was thrust into chaos with the activation of violent terror cells.  There are a large number of Venezuelan “refugees” in both Chile and Argentina, and they have been preparing for the command to rage!  This was not a result of a 3-cent US (2.6%) rise in train fare!  President Pinera is the true initiator of the ten-year-old conservative revival that has swept Latin America, when he won his first term in the election of 2009.  Economic growth averaged a massive 5% across his four-year administration.  Constitutionally, he could not serve a consecutive term, and the socialist madame president Bachelet looted and socialized the nation for another four years.  Now Sebastian Pinera has won a second term, and his conservative vision has allies all over Latin America…land a BIG ally in Donald Trump’s USA.  From a globalist position, Pinera and all such lovers of their own nations, freedom, and free markets must be destroyed.  Pinera was shocked to learn that his own 103-year-old uncle Bernard Pinera, the oldest living catholic archbishop in the world, was implicated in Chile’s pedophilia scandal.  Nevertheless, President Pinera has allowed the pursuit of justice to move forward, even as it enters his own family.

 

Not all believe as I do, that the heart of globalism is in the church of Rome.  However, the wretching truth that the heart of globalism is pedophilic is dawning on the astonished and disgusted citizens of the world, and I would assert that the heart of pedophilia is Rome.  As Spain is again in turmoil, parallels are being made to the Spanish Civil War.  The world generally (and wrongly) believes that this also was a repression of communism, the red-herring of the day, that even Hitler claimed to righteously suppress.  The reality is that Spain had a twinkling moment as a free republic from 1932-1936.  During this brief government by the people, discovery was made of widespread sexual impropriety by the catholic clergy (the true ruling class of Spain and Spanish America for centuries). The discovery of these indiscretions (and institutionalized infanticide of the resulting offspring) caused the Roman church to order the nation crushed.  General Francisco Franco led the assault, his army comprised of Moorish mercenaries, his air support by none other than Hitler’s Luftwaffe!  After a painful siege, Franco assaulted the capital of Madrid.  He famously boasted that he would assault the city with his four columns…and a fifth column would fight from within!  It is from this campaign and from Franco’s iconic boast that the world speaks of “fifth columns” today, describing totalitarian turncoats that enter surreptitiously into free places everywhere—only to turn on their friends at the moment of truth.  It is this that is happening all over the Americas.  If we are wise to it and take military action, we may just be free a little while longer.
