Texas Governor Abbott's Shady Deal May Hamstring Texas Secession

The deal was struck with four Mexican governors who lead states bordering Texas.  The final signer was Tamaulipas Governor Francisco J. G. Cabeza de Vaca, the most wanted criminal in all of Mexico!  Cabeza de Vaca is so credibly accused of being the head of human and drug trafficking into Texas that he has been stripped of his immunity to prosecution and a warrant for his arrest was issued from Mexico City.  He will be arrested immediately if he is found anywhere in the Republic of Mexico beyond his own state...yet he travelled to Weslaco Texas USA last week to meet and sign an agreement with Texas Governor Greg Abbott!
The "Memorand(a) Of Understanding" signed by these governors is so odd and the circumstances so suspicious, it cannot be the continuation of a long-standing political process...but it may be the beginning of TEXAS SECESSION!  Talk of secession has gone on in Texas for a long time...much lesser known is that the states in the north of Mexico have also talked of seceding from their nation.  Crime is rampant on both sides of the border, and government officials on both sides have been found protecting criminal enterprises even as they claim to fight them.  The most famous example, Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton, used his state police to protect his Latin American drug trafficking and gun running operations, finally amassing enough momentum and political favors for his White House bid to succeed. There are signs that George W. Bush followed the same path from Austin  to Washington, and later Texas Governor Rick Perry attempted as well.  Perry's  presidential bid was unsuccessful,  but Trump named him Energy Secretary, a post he continues to hold under the Biden administration.  He is rumored to be the final US "fence" and money launderer for untold millions in petroleum and distillates stolen from Mexico's PEMEX.  (Yes, Cabeza de Vaca, in addition to trafficking drugs and humans, is suspected to be the #1 huachicolero (fuel thief) in all of Mexico. Entire networks of fuel stations in Mexico have been shut down when found to be fencing truckload after tanker truckload of stolen fuel...but a lot of stolen product is still crossing the Rio Grande to be sold at points north.)  Cabeza de Vaca signed his agreement with Abbott only six weeks before the June 5th election for his replacement as Tamaulipas governor.  His PAN party has a handpicked replacement to carry on the graft, but his election is unlikely as the PAN-controlled state congress was recently voted out in favor of President AMLO's MORENA party.  Cabeza de Vaca's days as a politician (and as a free man) are definitely numbered...unless he makes a bold move...like seceding from Mexico.
Cabeza de Vaca already tried to cultivate support from President Trump, identifying himself as the tough-on-crime, conservative counterbalance to Mexican President AMLO (whom detractors decry of being a communist and soft on crime). Trump wisely rejected this advance and made fast friends with AMLO, but Cabeza de Vaca's sedition continued amongst his fellow Mexican governors.  As AMLO rebuilds Mexico's military and strengthens his stance in every election, the criminal gonernors know that their time is running out. The old-line parties (PRI-PAN-PRD, and PRI-spinoff MC), formerly enemies, have united to stop MORENA but their frena (brakes) movement is unable to stop AMLO's advance.  Seceding from Mexico is the only way to continue their crime wave.
Six Mexican States border the USA, and all six of them are notorious hotbeds of criminal activity.  All six were also ruled by the mainline parties of the old government and talk was plentiful of their joining liberal California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona, to build a vast criminal empire in what was formerly northern Mexico and, before that, New Spain.  But six months ago the governorship of Baja California Norte was assumed by MORENA.  Now 400 paratroopers from the Mexican Army patrol Tijuana (that famous den of iniquity),  and cooperation between local, state, and federal forces is reversing Baja California's criminal reputation. That leaves five states that border the USA: Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and that heart of the underworld, Cabeza de Vaca's Tamaulipas.  Governor Abbot signed with all but Sonora, which does not border Texas. The last to sign was Cabeza de Vaca, adding his imprimatur to the agreement, along with the stench of his criminality.  The act was equally pointed for Abbott, who was unashamed to be seen with such an unsavory character and neglected his duty as the head of Texas law enforcement by failing to execute the standing order for his arrest.  Abbott has taken his stand with the RINOs and the Bush Crime Family.  The hopes of meany God-fearing, gun-slinging, red-blooded Americans are on Texas as the state most likely and most able to successfully secede.  On the border and on the coast, with vast agriculture, oil wells/refineries, and numerous military bases, Texas could be self-sufficient.  More importantly, Texans have the will and the fortitude in their unique culture to "pull the trigger" on secession.  Were Texas to make a viable bid for secession, it would be the indispensable keystone of a larger effort that other US states would join.  The first nation that would recognize (or refuse to recognize) an independent Texas would be its neighbor, Mexico. The CENTRAL GOVERNMENT of Mexico, that is...not one or more beleaguered lame-duck governors.  If Mexico were to refuse to recognize, or worse, consider independent Texas as a belligerent, the secession bid would be severely hampered and the hope for free America may be lost.  Texas must secede with a viable and strong leader with no links to corruption on either side of the aisle (or on either side of the Rio Grande).
The "unprecedented" memoranda are also blatently fraudulent.  None of the things promised by Cabeza de Vaca are being implemented. There is no roundup of Hatian immigrants camped in Reynosa's historic central park or the hundreds of Russians billeted in Tampico hotels beside the anchored super-yacht on which they arrived.   Convoys of 5-7 buses at a time continue to head north towards the border without so much as a speed bump at Periquitos or the P. Julio Garza immigration checkpoint (a year ago the cartels had the speedbumps removed at km 97, and the only police activity is patronizing the roasted corn vendor that sets up there).  The only work done to stem migration is by the Mexican Army and National Guard, who have taken over checkpoints on some key routes.  (They also have taken over customs inspection and seaport operations as AMLO has rooted out graft and corruption from even federal agencies).  There is no inspection of dilapidated  commercial vehicles barreling north toward the border through the center of no-passing zones, overweight and badly  piloted under the influence of a cocktail of uppers AND downers.  Every second vehicle in Tamaulipas drives without even license plates.  This, at a minimum, is rectified before crossing into Texas, but the bald tires and sketchy brakes are no longer checked on either side.  It is not that Cabeza de Vaca lacks the ability to enforce the law.  His Tamaulipas State Police are an immense private army...built, no doubt, with the Merida Initiative money he requested as governor-elect from Sid Miller and (Texas Land Commissioner and CIA frontman) George P. Bush.  But those aircraft, guns, and armored vehicles are not used even for the most basic law enforcement.  The "5C facility", a surveillance and intelligence fusion center, does exist and is touted in PAN campaign ads. Its contribution to law and order is imperceptible at present.  It is part of a disturbing swell of Chinese-style surveillance infrastructure quietly being constructed in rebel states ahead of the big change (whether secession or something else).  All this police technology did not prevent computers funded by Mexico City from being intercepted before arriving in the rural schools of Tamaulipas...perhaps they were "repurposed" to the 5C facility?  Litigation is ongoing pertaining to the purloined PCs, and the governor himself has been implicated as the culprit.
President Greg Abbott? The Texas governor has been in the news for recent border inspecions and running his own bus convoys to Washington, and talk of a presidential run has begun in ernest, even as Abbott campaigns for gubernatorial reelection.  The RINOs would love to get a Bush lackey in the Oval Office (since they have failed to get one of themselves even into congress of late), and Abbott is their man.  He has, with these memoranda, already launched an international war on drugs just like Dubyah did, and that without even being president.  That is okay though, as fast as the US presidency is declining in credibility.  Maybe Abbott is planning on the presidency of a new nation, cut from the holdings of former New Spain.  And maybe he is not alone...Oklahoma governor Kevin Stitt was recently in Mexico City.  I wonder what the CIA minders were whispering into HIS ear...
