✨ Take a break from technology and connect with Mother Earth. Water a plant, feel the breeze, the rain or the sunlight on your skin. 
✨Surround yourself with people who lift you up.
✨Meditate, take some time to connect to your breath. Travel inwards with your breath. Pranayama and yoga asana practices help to raise your vibrations by bringing you awareness into the breath and hence into the now.
✨Forgive and let go of anything that is weighing you down.
