There’s a big difference between something being FDA approved and believing that it’s completely safe. The approval process is designed to evaluate safety and effectiveness for a specific use, but it doesn’t mean a product is perfect. With lobbying and padding politicians pockets, the FDA stamp means even less. It CAN mean something is safe, but it can also mean that someone made a deal in exchange for looking the other way.
So what does that mean? Stay curious, ask questions and look beyond the marketing label. Most importantly, do your own research.

I don't trust the FDA, especially after watching many friends and family suffer horrible side effects to FDA approved drugs and procedures for decades. It seems the healtiest don't take any meds. Sad that many aren't aware that their poor health may be a side effect of a drug they started taking and there's no consequences for approving a profitable bad drug or procedure.
Exactly! Natural is always best if you can. I realize there is a time and a place to try something western, but I do agree with you on this.
