Call it a Mandela Effect or just creative marketing so the rich stay rich, but now "they" are saying sugar is just fine. Now research is now pointing back to artificial dyes as the culprit health issues which is only partially true. Yes, artificial dye is not good for the body, but sugar in the quantities people consume today is WAY more than the body is meant to handle and process and why so many are insulin resistant and full of inflammation.
When they say you are what you eat, take that statement to heart. Just remember, we aren't approaching flu season, we are approaching low vitamin D and high sugar season (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day). Try changing what you consume and see if it makes a difference this year.
Much Love, Lynn

Yeah, we decided to stop giving out chemical candy a few yearas ago; we've stopped Halloween here, altogether. We need to rethink this time of year, with a different message to people and spirits.
I completely agree!!
I get dark chocolate. Many kids don't even walk the neighborhood trick or treating, opting for organized "trunk or treats" instead.
Hey, we could all worship a GOLDEN CALF on that day! (kidding)
"Nyah... where's your Halloween Messiah, now? Nyah."
Next we need to get rid of the Easter Bunny.
