Oil isn’t gone. Gas isn’t gone. The planet still grows more food than people need and water isn’t vanishing. What we keep hitting isn’t scarcity. It’s more like a closed tap. 

Scarcity and fear equals more money for the evil controlling things. When the supply is squeezed, prices jump. The people who sit on the pipelines, contracts and water rights collect it all. Everyone else pays more for the same gallon, loaf and mile. Once the prices ratchet upward, they never return back to where they were.  People are so relieved to see prices come back down they don't stop to compare the final landing point to where they were when the chaos started.

This is more like a controlled supply made to look like shortages. The ledger shows wealth moving up while households absorb the shock. The story that we simply outgrew the planet is useful for the ones holding the supply. An abundant world with a tightly managed access is a profitable world for them.

Notice the difference between “there isn’t enough” and “they won’t let enough through.” AND in reality things that appear to be dwindling are the result of the practices the EVIL are doing (data centers and AI this is YOU!).  People are being put through fear so there are enough resources for evil to continue their agenda while we pay the price in all ways.  The planet isn't running on short supply for the people, but it can appear short as AI needs the planet for fuel. The problem is NOT the people.

For the reasons above, this changes the rest of the conversation.
