Developing new way of thinking




Not to prove something to someone is most successful innovative thinking, if you notice. If you keep proving someone something about the strategy, or overall business operations, it is means that you do not have enough power to make decision and that is no good. If you want to move your business forward , then you need to start doing something new what you never did before. That innovative thinking comes from idea generation. You have idea and want to implement it, but then you start looking for references about this idea...is it good or not. You start talking with people, asking...to much trust to other people in business doesn't bring success. You need to have your own stamina. If you risk, then risk, without someone's opinion. The concept of this ideas can be tested. If you believe it works, then why not invest little bit before something big. That way you will reduce the risk. The next step you need to advertise your idea. Advertise I mean not spending money on something to advertise, but talking your idea to people who will be supporting your business, your new ideas, your new implementations. First they criticise you, its normal, but over time they will look on your confidence and follow...people always need leader to follow...for majority of people. The last step it is watching how your new way of thinking matching your business strategy and affect performance. While watching new idea implementation, it is advisable to use adjustments over the course, like strategy alignment or business cycle redesign. If it gives results, then why not...you need to implement something new, or you will stay forever on the same level. New networks, money, business growth doesn't come if you wait...it comes from doing something new. And to do something new, you need develop new way of thinking. The thinking new way and doing new way comes together. That what I call...action. Only action give you results, otherwise it not happens.

Building strong brand




Position coming first in brand building. People has to recognise you somehow over others. Try to imagine if they do not know you. So, to make people know you you need to be recognised...and that is your position over other businesses. You have to have attributes...same as your personality. Some people like you, some don't like you, but that what they likes it called in business attributes. People need to like your business for something to make your business special for them. In that , I would say, mind game, where some people likes, some do not like, people want to see the benefits for them. You know something what getting them to experience emotion...even love or smile, but emotion. Brand should bring clear benefits for them and you should know how to make it work better and better over the time....people like change, you know, they want more and more...so become better and better...that how brand helps business to grow. It grows separately and in same time, but separately...your band and your business. Brand also can be written or build from your believes and values. That should be core of branding, but over time it can shift for better. Over the time you can start branding multiple products...even in small shop can be executed many branding strategies...some of them for one type of the customer, some for another. Be multiple. The hardest and most exiting in business development it is general rule....”Never Be Satisfied”. You constantly continue developing and grow in knowledge, in side, in some type of skills...but growing and that is never ending journey in the business world.

Product is not product




In terms of the meaning product, actually not product...what actually you sell and what customers buys it is call core values. You create meaning for something and call it product. If we cut meaning into tiny bits, then after you will be able to see what you actually buy and what you sell. So lets start. You not interesting to buy something what do not have core values for you. Customer is the same. To sell something you need to create ...maybe story about the product , maybe illusion...you choose, but it has to generate and explain values for the customer. That core values what you will be selling can be wrapped in something. That create additional values for the core values. It can be lets say..package or additional extra something what makes higher in value that core values and supports its value. Design...you choose how you represent this whole crafted thing to the customer. Design gives you additional opportunity to raise the price. Some customers like something...unrealistic. So jump into that. Try. That whole thing should have quality...of product, of service, of material, of communications and so on. Give this to your customer if he happy to pay for quality. More and more customers consider quality as the value...so you can add it. What is your brand name?...well..put it somewhere...over the time that name will start making for you little bit extra. Warranty of your service should be high. Customer should trust you. Customer always have right to return. That is key services to promote your growth. And yes...I forgot last things....That everything I just told you should be inside of you.

In order to do better trade we have to understand the market. We can not understand the big market by itself, instead we have to break it on small pieces for better understanding. Market can be easy understood by the dividing it on the countries. Each country have in general own way of buying things. Country can be divided on the regions. It is easy to study regions to understand how each region reacting to the particular product, for your knowledge. Then regions can be divided into sizes of this regions. Each size buys differently. Then market can be divided into climate zones. Each zone perform differently. Next step is dividing by the age. Each age have different preferences. This age can be divided on the male and female. It is important, because each market have different dominants, such as males spend more on one things, woman on another. Then we can divide on the family size. Each member of the big or small family usually in general act different way, but for you it is good understand because you will see the more opportunities in the business by knowing how to communicate with each of the element. Next thing it is to know what family groups your potential customers could be or what they are. This usually affects buying decisions or in general decision making processes. Then we can divide market on the income status. Each income level spend differently. Education and religion also affects market buying decisions and can be manipulated and turned into your favour, if you know the rules of the game. From this all mix we can study behaviour towards particular product, especially if we want to attract new market elements. We need to understand them at least on the level where we will be able to serve them. As greater knowledge we have in the market ..or people ...around us, then greater cash flow will be for our businesses. Knowledge today is the power. And that knowledge should make money for each of the business who share the same knowledge as the market. If market and business understand each other and have knowledge, then they have something in common, and that what create connections between people and businesses.

How consumer think




How people think, especially in business depends on the many factors and it is affecting your business. Lets say I am potential consumer and decide to make purchase in your business, the first factor what affects my decision will be age...with age we have different mental models. Then, when I want to buy something I look on my income. I cant shop to often without good income and level of the income connected with my spending. Another factor is my education what usually shift my values. Next thing in my personality will be job...many people crazy about job status and work environment program them to behave certain way. You and me know that working for someone and working for yourself is different, because it shift your way of thinking. Personality factors another issue...it is when people are have they own point of view or follow mass thinking trends. I would suggest also to look on the your risk factors and customers risk factors. It is when sell-buy decision are safe, for example when customer give you money you safe and when customer trust you that product can be returned he is safe. In business environment people in general should feel safe before making any decision or they are at the risk. If businesses will be able to build business model when customer feel safe, then product will be sold more often. All business things like making customer to buy, selling your product, promoting your product...start from your internal growth. The biggest indicator for the customer about product it is you. When he can see in you trust, then he more likely buy your product. The sale usually happen before you sell. People use they own indicators, like talk, look, perfume and so on. They trust more in reality created by them rather than in reality created by the businesses, like promotion or marketing, or another story how good is your product. They trust they own reality and that is main force to make them to buy product. The biggest advice in business here, is ...do not sell you product...make your business environment for people...and they come back.

Growing my seed




Who is that and how it served. I cant define buyer as the human what can be measured. It is impossible. Today buyer has one preferences, tomorrow another...to predict what he will buy impossible. But... to catch his choices possible, by study general things about people who in your business or who you want to be your buyers. You know culture, can be studied...all cultures has something general in doing things and majority of people cant control it. I know if you read this, you will get knowledge that cultures can be dominated and controlled, but...ordinary people do not think about this. They just follow the dogmas, such as “it has to be like that”. And it is same in subcultures, but in more narrowly defined “it has to be like that” way. For example in subcultures of shifted dogmas, where people believe in something. Then I think it is interesting to note here social classes of people...bellies in values they create...but it still work for your business, if you know how to serve this wide audience with different manners. I think it is good for you and me, to speak with everyone ...the way you can speak...but you need to remember...each word what you say is growing the seed. More words, more seeds. People coming to your business, you give them seed. Each one. No exceptions. You grow this seeds, with the speed of growing your business. As more you give, as more seed redistributed across of different people. And your message....you choose message. If business not on the level what you want...maybe you give wrong seed...that is one of possibilities. Buyer can not be defined, or explained, or attracted....he comes from nowhere. I mean you can not predict it. Important only to spread the seeds....and how good or bad will be seeds spread, it is your choice and responsibility. Wish you grow your seed.

King of the system




Businesses acts according to information they have. They making choices to do business they way they want. Whole system build on the suggested system. When new information coming to the business in mainly cases it is misleading. Information itself can not be correct because it has purpose of the flow, but not benefit your business. Information usually flow from one point to another. If information travelled many points, it becomes useless, because it is not service your business purpose. In general it is useless unless you convert not meaningful information into meaningful, but you has to have systems that filter information flow and reject not useful information. Where to take information what benefit your business...probably nowhere. Nobody will not give you information what makes money, profit, benefits for your business because if it useful it can be used for the self purpose, but not for the selling or giving. You need to assembly your way vision and mission of the information around you by the using creativity to create your strategy. It is the skills. That way you will be crafting your way companies strategies towards achieving your company goals. Many books or films telling you that you need to act one way to another to achieve something. I just do not see point to listen or watching them because if they were making money, they would not talk about that. We are living in the era of the misleading information...and you know...it is good, because if you understand the system , then you can use it for your purpose. Forget about educational books, films, studies...build your business your way...and look how other people falling someone's dreams and you living your own dreams. That how information is misleading...where people who cant create they strategies, survive, over the people who craft they strategies. The king of the system always will be on the top.

Sell the air




In many cases customer do not know what he wants to buy today. Yes, there is general knowledge as buying food, water and other general things, but.... You know you can sell the same general things in different environment, buy using different selling techniques and you will get totally different results. Customer not buying today general things, he buying your sales process, your culture...that what you give him from the product itself until he actually buys. He don't need the product. We have a lot of products on the market. He buying that tiny connections, called sales process. And you know what...many companies actually do not understand that when they advertise, when they sell, when they invest...You not sell the product....Customer coming to you not because of the product...He needs that tiny connection with you. Give him that and you will be reach. Create your business story what you will be selling at the higher price for the same product. You need to know what story you will be telling to the customer...actually...not only you, but things around your business. By giving and selling the story you will go deep in the customers mind. They will remember you and coming back. Do not just sale. Everybody sell. Do not be the business. Everybody today a business...i mean we talk about people in business world. Everybody is business...and you need to be the story who will be remembered by the customer, then you will be able to sell the air.

Making, watching or wondering




The usual businesses are who making something to happen, who watching something to happen or who wonder from everything what happen. Some companies accept environment around them and try to adapt towards it. Some make environment to react to they products. Companies who adapt environment usually design strategies towards it and plan to predict future behaviour. Companies who act proactively usually craft they strategies towards market needs. That two opportunities to act mostly used by general businesses and you need to decide, on which side you are...on acting side or adapting side. I personally think that today more interesting hybrid strategy...it is where adapt strategy is good and act strategy is good. On the execution of your strategy it is good to use both of them to maintain your company balance of the money. It is important to see how your company makes money and your goals. During using this two strategies balance each of them at the time when you feel it more suitable for your benefits. It is should be mixture of aggressive strategies where you execute your way of thinking and in same time another mix of strategies where you watching how these strategies execute and maintain stability and alignments of these strategies. In unpredictable environment best reaction to make it is actual reaction, because if you will be waiting you will miss opportunity..and time you know...cost money. Even if actual reaction will be not like you expected, at least you will learn lesson with opportunity to grow.

Culture of buying




Can you view on yourself...the way you buying things in past and the way you buying the things now. Everything shifted. People become more different. They are more self-critics than before. That creates more knowledge in products they buy. People more educated. More independent. They become more widely educated...i would say huge widely educated and it keep growing. People today know what they want. That why we have so many choices on the market. Because many people want different things. And as bigger self-criticism grow, the more bigger ego of choice. Now they want weird things as no one else. In business we can attract this people buy offering specific service to everyone. In same time we need to keep our money making system up. It has to work together...customers and profit. Culture of buying is for every customer is different. For businesses to convince customer to buy his product, the culture of the business should be attractive to the level where customer will accept your business culture. And that is hardest thing, because a lot of people now more educated and more self-cultured. That barrier can be negotiated where customer will be seeing valuable benefits for him. The buying decision usually comes through narrow prism, such as simple question “What is in for me?” and then decision rejected or accepted. You cant answer the question instead of the customer, because decision should come naturally. At that point many companies doing mistake, where they suggest benefits for the customer from the product, instead asking or observing real-live buying process. Do not invest hugely in something, like buying-selling big volume of something, unless you tested small amount on the real market. See how it goes and then only risk higher. Culture of buying the things for every product are different. You need to learn different cultures for every product, in order to increase volume of trade today and then only business start growing. If you do not understand culture of buying, then you do not understand people, then people do not understand you. Simple.

Complex logic




What is in business trend will be in 2020. The answer is complex logic. Do not try to explain something that complex, if you gonna implement something in business, it doesn't has to have the grounds. Look around. A lot of business..same style, same logic...not making huge sums of money. If your brain is working unlogical and give unpredicted results, it can be advantage in business. Yes, it is creativity. Complex logic can not be predicted or calculated, but it is value is success. The more predictable you are the more copyable your all strategies, the more chance that somebody already using your strategies. What give you advantage in 2020 it is to think like nobody else think. If you reading or watching some business trends, you probably notice that many big companies in news. Everybody talk about them...about they strategies. In reality that strategies wasn't planned before, that how they success. If that strategies exist before...many would copy. But...even those big companies did not plan them. And that is the complex logic...when you have the drive achieve something, but you do not know how, but you are going and trying, then some output will appear. Maybe positive, maybe negative, but in general it can be rewarded very high with value of success. Creativity is part of this logical process, where the drive towards the goal is the main drive. The situations around the journey towards the goal is aligned towards the logical end and giving mixed output on the end. The ability to react to various situations create valuable growth for the person. It then helps to align reaction to different variations and outcomes. The more you go, the more you learn. Complex logic is that what lives inside of everybody of us. Live, learn, do.

Start and Go




Every strategy has the start. Not sure about the finish, because it is can be undefined. To know what you are doing in the business and to get something from this knowledge and this business what you have, you need to analyse the situation. This will help you to understand, if you will be able to jump into execution of the strategy you have in order to reach something with your business or not to risk. If you want to minimise little bit your risk, you need probably to plan. Planning not always good solution, because in many cases it is just wastage of time and resources, but you can little bit minimise risk or at least to double check what you are doing. Instead of planning , I would suggest to confirm with all people involved in business, your desired strategy. Even if majority answers will be not related, at least you will check for yourself and maybe redesign execution at some stages. While you will be implementing something, you will be planning and over planning few times. That is normal. It is adjustment. That why planning usually need only for double check, but not for actual planning like businesses do where they spend huge amounts of resources on activities which will be developed anyway during implementation. Simplicity is better. Start. Run. From words to actions. Then just do not forget to check outcome what situation or this activities will bring to you. Check. Redesign. Measure. Control ...and so on. In short, just take appropriate actions, if you want appropriate results. You will feel how to act in situation...or will learn how to act. In both cases not afraid to move on and do...Many people just planning...wasting they lives. Start and Go

That is basic human needs




Many products, many services...the most successful is who satisfy the basic human needs. It is only after satisfying needs, coming technology, on top services, marketing and many up-to-date innovative tools what usually we use in the business. If you know the basics what you stand for with your business, then...you own the customer. Interesting to not how many small/medium companies coming on the market and trying to give everything to the customer. They give all latest technological tools, they spend on the latest marketing tools, they just literally push everything what is popular on the market to the face to the customer. He don't needs this. Customer first needs to satisfy his needs. Customer needs to understand that this business who stay affront of him can satisfy he needs. We forgot something...we forgot that customer do not have huge knowledge in the latest business tricks and innovations. We forgot that we need to speak with customer by using basic language, in order to be understood. With overwhelmed technological tools affront of him, customer wont buy, because you scared him. He do not understand that thing what you understand. Lets learn one rule, we all trade for the customer. We not buy from ourselves and we not sell to ourselves. We make money because of the customer. So lets speak on the customer language at the minimum first, and then only if he needs start pushing that chicky-tricky business tools on top of the product or service. Business sell the product...and that is basic human needs.

Who you are




To do the business you need to understand who you are. Many companies who do not make good trade, do not understand how to make it, because they do not know who are they. How companies can make big money without understanding value of itself. And I found many companies who just want money without fully understanding what business they making. Without understanding who you are people in business can not answer the next question...who are they customers. We expect to trade, making money, grow...but we do not know who our customers and why we call them customers. We just want the money. That is how energy throw everywhere without getting productive response. That way valuable customers are missing and wrong connections are made. When we start understanding who our customers is, we need to answer next question...what they values. Knowing the values, of ourselves, of our customers, we set up long-term relationship which is help us to build and grow our company. And only after all this questions the last and main question will be ….how is our businesses should looks like. That way we will get the customer attention, promote our interests. Grow our businesses. That way we start understanding our values, our businesses values, our customers values. Only that way, people will value our businesses and our products, because the rule of trade is simple...know your value, and you will get rewarded accordingly.

Selecting your customer




Not all customers are customers. Some customers make you spend more than others. It is disadvantage for business customers. You have to dump them. You spending more on them than you making money, instead invest this time into profitable customers and make double money...at least more chance that you will get it. Really profitable customers usually those customers who like to be involved in your business development. Co-development can have many ways of meaning, such as advice on the trade, product improvement, constantly buying from you and so on. Customers in turn want to see more information about your business, like websites or blogs. They need constantly see that you are still alive and trading. Especially they will be happy if you are progressing. Non-profitable customers doesn't care. So in long-term they do not bring any value for your business, instead they create bottlenecks and wastage, so without compromise, just make them redundant from your business. You will be better off in one year time. Many companies doing mistake by attracting to the business everyone. In two years time 80% of them not progress or loosing trade. You cant trade with everyone. You need to know who your customer is and who is not your customer. That rule is important to remember. If you want to trade with everyone, probably you do not know value of yourself and your business. Think about it...who bring money into your business and who take.

Bringing the difference




Companies who trade same like other trade not having enough profit, because bigger same type of the companies just take out all the customers. Need to bring the difference, if you want to get noticed and increase sales. Even if you lower down little bit prices, it wont play, unless you bring the difference. Been walking today in city centre...visit some local shops. There are a lot of products inside of the one small local shops, but they wont hugely profit, because they sell the same staff as the other sale. Unless you introduce the difference. The logic is simple, if you are not different local shop, then you have limited customer base. You need to know how to differentiate yourself on the area where you trade. Selling the same at lower price wont make you millions. You need to know how to position yourself as the business who known by the wide audience. Telling 100 of people not enough. You need to market yourself as wider as possible. Businesses should be attractable and marketable on they area where they trade. Bring some value to the customer, that he cant get from the same type of the business. You need to answer yourself question...why should I buy from my business, instead of buying the same things from another. Little bit lower price wont play big role, to be nice to the customer wont play big role..and so on. Need to be something that really make you different.

Designing your business for the customer




All businesses want to sell. Not every business sell as much as possible. To maximise the sale, businesses needs to sell more products by designing sales model for the customer. He needs to know how to buy the product and why he buys the product. Sounds simple, but customers make a lot of research before buying some specific product. The easier design model of the sales, the faster and convenient sale will be. You and your customer, both need to know, how sale going to happen. Sounds simple, but under this theory a lot of things like non-verbal communications, interactions, non-predicted accidents of the first product introduction and non-controlled models of the customer-business behaviour. Business should and must design itself to the customer wide interactions. The sale itself today not happen as the sale, it is more like entertainment. Customer needs more emotions today, rather than actual product from you, because he has a lot of substitutes. The problem is here it is to make ourself entertaining more than others. Bring some freshness to the market with non-standard tools. In every business a lot of areas from where non-standard strategies could be executed. There a not things such as applying the same strategy for every business. Every business is unique and attached to one heart. Sometimes.....even bad strategies attract someone. In perfection, I can say that there are not such things as the good or bad strategy. Every strategy attracts someone. The problem only starts when we are in our minds doesn't match with what we are represent as the business and what actual outcome we are getting as the business. I don't know really who more do design...customers for the business, because they dictate what they buy and how they buy, or business for the customer because businesses sell sometimes the way what the want to sell and using sales techniques what they want to use. Every strategy has the right to be. Depend if you happy with outcome. Happiness inside of you.

Value and satisfaction




How do you know if customer choose you or your product? Maybe you will be able to sell one...two...but a lot not coming. The answer is that customer choose your competitor. Customer usually makes decision based on the value and satisfaction. If he pays more than same product elsewhere, then he will switch to your competitor, as soon, as he finds it. He wont be happy . He wont come back. You can lie customer once, or more, but when customer will find out the truth, then this lie cost you a lot, even you can lost your business. Customers satisfaction is the key of trading. Even if you advertise your company as high value asset, but it not, then as soon as people find the lie, then they wont buy from you and tell other people not to buy. The marketing message should be build correctly, otherwise it will plays against you. Value and satisfaction is the same as markets wants and needs. If wants doesn't meet expectation of needs, then dis-balance occur, and reaction is unpredictable. As we have many similar companies today, then this reaction usually negative, because customer can easily switch, so meetup with your companies values and customer satisfaction should be gentle. Usually customers values and satisfaction different to your, because you create greater image of your business , than he has. At the beginning when sale or meetup with you business t be happen, customer and you to be exchange relationship, based on the knowledge of the objects, ideas and suggested services. That is how value to be created. After that already both parties have reaction, such as satisfaction or vice versa.

What other companies offer on the market




You know...probably you understand the business...have some ideas how to run correctly. But we are living in the changing environment. Other ideas replace working before ideas. Lets check what other companies offer...how they attract customers. This is usually done through combination of various tools, such as products, services, experiences, networking, ideas...in short, everything what want customer today. I know, it is difficult to understand the customer needs, but being more unique is advantage today, because variety of choices and preferences in trend today. Customer seek variation. On the product you sell or service you sell, customer looking for more benefits like compared to your best friend “competitor”. Make him happy, offer something a little bit fresh on top what you already offering, by creating tiny element, to make customer to react to it. I don't know ...you decide what it will be...maybe your smile or talk or gift or discount...you create, there are a lot of opportunities, just want to say you need upgrade. Market is moving, and time is now, to do the step forward. Your imagination sometimes is not correct and we all need push, so do it. Customer today likes free information...and not information about your business or service, we all ignore this staff...he needs proper information. If you sell something, give constant educational information. For example if you sell apples, give educational information about how good for health to eat fruits. But not use even one letter about your business. Customer running already from adverts and direct marketing about businesses. Give him just education. Do not push to buy from you. If he will make the choice, he will buy, otherwise if you use at least one world “Buy” then chance to loose the potential customer is 80%, if you provide education, then you unlikely loose him at all, unless he do not need this product.

What customer wants




Customer wants to satisfy his needs. Sometimes he doesn't know what his needs is. The needs can be dictated or they initiated according the situation or environment. The wants usually formatted in the mind of the customer, when he makes decision to buy the product. This wants or needs can be classified as market demand. It can not be predicted, otherwise it can only be tracked. Usually, businesses try to forecast market demand, but it is game and outcome usually 50 on 50. The market itself can give motive to the customer, but reaction unpredictable. Usually high spending adverts have success, but for small and medium businesses, it is difficult. The demand usually comes from peoples values and satisfaction. If the people know why they need particular product or service, they will buy it. In the case if the product perfect, but not know anybody, the sale unlikely happen. Give time to promote your small/medium business to the wider audience, because customer need to know you first plus offer something unique on top of the standard existing service or product. The next thing is if customer already has particular interest in particular market, then he will buy more faster related product. Therefore as more you relate your business to the particular market , as more faster you will get outcome. Sometimes small/medium businesses do not grow because they do not know what market they customer is and how they buy. Need to study variety of markets around your business, in order to create business image to promote it for the wider audience or multi-markets.

Building marketing systems into your business




For many companies marketing is the key element of the growth. Marketing systems should be built in the businesses to the depth. Even your customer when he makes purchase, he should marketing your product. It is possible to achieve that, because more and more people wanted to be attached into something meaningful. Maybe they do not want to create...but we are living in era of consumerism, where people just want to take, instead of giving. And it is ok for real businesses, because we should adapt to the market demand. More energy need to create the product, rather than just get this product from the market shelve. Businesses, who are successful today and progressing, they adapt to market changes, they listen customers, and I think it is key of the market motive, because it is hard to rebuild the market structure,easier to adapt to it. Marketing strategy should be designed to the customer needs. If customer need, give him. Give him as much as possible for free, that way you will attract more customers. Give him until you will not create demand for your product, then start thinking about how you will be pricing it. Construct your marketing strategy, listen customer, how he reacts to your marketing strategy, learn from it. That knowledge is very useful, because it will bring you experience to progress to the next level. Create profitable marketing structure. You create...nobody will not do it for you, because you understand only what is your customer and how he react to your business. Then again, track the market reaction and use this data. Always speak this way with the market. Listen it. Feel it. You will start growing when you learn how to listen the market and answering with your business reactions.

Bringing the change




Business expansion needed adequate solutions. Change can not happens without base for the change. It cant happen if business is not ready for it. Expansion bring new things and new problems. In same time it gives more opportunities and wealth. The important element it is you and people around the business. Everybody should psychologically fit the change. Organisational structure will be changing or shifting in direction not predicted before. Therefore peoples reaction inside of the business important in order to not make change to play against your business. Processes will be not the same as before. Maybe fundamentals will stay, but new processes will replace old processes, because every level of the business need particular design and usability for the market demand. Technological processes will be required also new technologies and solutions. Everybody around in business usually scared about the change. If they tell you they are ready for change and can go with you over the change processes, in most cases it will be not true. Nobody can not predict the change exact process, so naturally people needed to adapt to every problem what change will bring. To survive the transformational process of going from small business to bigger, you need to be adaptable to the every outcome what change will give you. And remember, you can not exactly predict where you will benefit from this change and which area of business will be more profitable...change bringing many things, in general, and you need to be ready for it.
