That time of the year where we all throw our hands in the air. A moment to make noise and play some loud music. People usually socialize during this hot season. That season is summer. Children of all ages dread the day school is out. After school is over in June, time to hang out with friends. Perhaps be with their family. Excitement is one of the symbols of summertime. When you and your family ride a roller coaster at a theme park. That is flowing through your veins. Enjoyment is part of the season. Everyone should enjoy summer in their own way. If you  are a bookworm and you tend to be at home often.  Watching movies or playing video/ computer games. Summer is a time to meet new people and form friendships. Go to unknown places, seeking adventure. Walking out on the grass barefoot, breathing in the air around you. That is a good feeling. It also a way to relax. Finding yourself lying on the couch, sitting on a chair outside staring at the sky. One great way to have a sense of enjoyment. Drinking a glass of cold ice tea. Eating ice cream cone as the sun radiates your skin. Jumping into a swimming pool to cool off. If you feel the need to vent. Something that has been bothering you, making you upset. This feeling burning inside you waiting to come up the surface. That is your mind and body telling you self express. Self-expression is important to do in the summer. Speaking what's on your mind helps yourself and everyone around you. Self-expression can be seen through a person's paintings. All forms of art can tell you what someone has been feeling. Sometimes writing in a journal helps. Talking to someone face to face or drawing what you feel on paper. Relaxation is another symbolism. Going far and beyond to new things and places. For example you and a friend wanted to try out a new restaurant. Sign up for a class to learn something new. Traveling to a different country. Creating a product to be sold in stores.
