Frank David Sensabaugh, a 39-year-old rapper known as "Frank Nitty," was arrested on suspicion of felony sexual assault. A Minneapolis Black Lives Matter protester is facing a federal felony riot-related charge in Portland. Adrian Ruben De Los Rios traveled to Oregon in the summer and allegedly smashed up a police station using a hammer and concrete during an antifa riot.
