Gentlemen, you’ve both recalled George Carlin’s famous, “big club” that “we ain’t in,” in the past (love that skit, btw). Well, Jason’s “Lawfare Report” really makes me look at things in a different light & I’m starting to think outside the box. What if that “big club” has a way of using legal loopholes in a far broader scope than we can even begin to imagine? For instance, what if being, “tried by a jury of peers,” works to their advantage by excluding 99% of us? They like to create a big circus to distract us, but in the end they always get away with their crimes. Also, who really ever verifies that the people that do get indicted actually serve time in a legitimate prison? I think Americans have been way too trusting.

Buckle up guys 23 is going to be one hell of a year

The most impressive point of discussion in the walk was that Charles mentioned that he was up this year in his stock market trading. A year which was the worst for the markets since 2008 as well as most tech stocks are down between 40 to 70%, and overall the year was a stinker for stocks, with Elon even down $200 billion - Charles still managed to eke out gains. Very very impressive.
