This is a really solid Americanized take on a traditional Marzen. Not a fest beer like they serve now but not the standard Marzen either. Neither overly malty nor very sweet they did this one up right. This brew is very well balanced with a nice smooth hit up front, medium burn thru the middle and just a hint of bitterness on the back end. Very crushable at 5.5 ABV ,24 IBUs and the SRM is a 6 by my eye.I know I said in the last vid that I was done w the Oktoberfest beers but I'm glad I grabbed this one.Well worth taking a look at if you come across it.
