There are actually good, normal reporters in the scenes but before getting their camera rolled, more than dozens of them reported to be beaten n threatened by fake reporters n thugs. Equipment including their own phones got destroyed right at those riots, personal ID disclosed online. If that's not enough, a bunch of mid-high school girls aged 13-16, being name as righteous angels among mobsters, reported became pregnant due to being lured to sex parties, where they got drugged up and pictured nuke, parents are in tears, etc...Audiences outcries in your comments are in fact the real situations in my hometown - Hong Kong.

Nathan, thank you for speaking the truth. I know what the truth is. The problem is Hong Kong people cannot think independently. 150 years of colonial rule trained them to NOT think. Adults were "drugged" with gambling in the form of horse racing. Children were destroyed by forced rote memorizing so that they can perform well in public examinations allowing them entries into elite schools which could eventually lead them to good jobs and good pay. As well, Hong Kong people chose NOT to think. They chose superstition, they chose feng shui, a pseudoscience the explain away everything that is unpleasant and gives one the hope that perfection could be achieved by simply doing what the feng shui masters tell you to do, like put a vase of green bamboo sticks in a certain corner of the apartment. I feel sad when I see Hong Kong going down in flame. But what can you do with a bunch of people who refused to think for themselves.

If news channels who speak differently can be shut down, I can't imagine how a HK individual can voice out their opinions. Hong Kong has sadly been taken hostage by the tyranny of the minority. It really is scarry.
