What we're seeing is Geo-Engineering making the UNITED STATES the coolest place on the planet. I live in the East Coast and I see the results of their "Chemical Ice Nucleation for Weather Modification" efforts. Yes, there's a patent on that, from 1971. It's viewable here: http://www.GeoEngineeringWatch.org. Oh? Did you think I didn't know the patent for that? Ok, here it is: U.S. Patent # 3613992 and also 3630950 and (sorry, I forgot), USRE29142, 4167008. The MOST important is probably this one, (quote): Methods of Generating Ice Nuclei Smoke Particles for Weather Modification and Apparatus therefore," 3835059, but you smart-asses, knew this already, didn't you?
