Question For The Comments: How many supplements do you take a day and which ones do you recommend, please include the product brand as well?
I have FINALLY accepted the fact that I CANNOT continue to overlook my below par health and the LACK of good nutrition in my daily diet. As I get older it's become VERY OBVIOUS that my poor eating habits have caught up to me, I'm LITERALLY starting to fall apart. I knew this day was going to come and I've been slowly PLANNING for it over the last couple of years, but NOW it's time to #LevelUp MAKE-A-CHANGE and of course it starts with organization for me. I just pick this 7 day a week, 4 times a day pill organizer on Amazon. I love how each day is separated so if I had to take an overnight trip, I don't have to lug around all 7 days worth of supplements.
THIS IS A BIG FINANCIAL DECISION AND COMMITMENT FOR ME.
I just made a pretty substantial order on Amazon and InfowarsStoreDOTcom. I AM NOW making my health a TOP PRIORITY in my life. I'm going to do this in stages so I'm not so overwhelmed, but it has to get done before my HEALTH "ISSUES" start to become serious.
So far here are my list of supplements; vitamins, minerals, herbs and nootropics:
- Vitamin D3 and K2
- Fish Oil
- Nascent Iodine
- Bone broth
I plan to do a 7 day gut / colon cleanse from @GlobalHealingCenter before I get started. Please follow me on IG stories to see how that goes, not looking for to 5 bowel movements a day, but we do what we gotta do.
I AM TRULY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS CHALLENGE AND GREATER VITALITY. Having a STRONG #PrepperRoutine is a must have in today's society my friends. There is almost NO WAY you can get all the required nutrients in today's food, you must supplement with HIGH QUALITY SUPPLEMENTS so your body can digest it properly.
