Evidence is destroyed or lost every week. And criminal evidence is manufactured or forged or faked and perjury suborned in court all the time. In the Manson Murder trials a 22 caliber Buntline pistol, allegedly once owned by Ronald Reagan was introduced AND ALLOWED into evidence DESPITE the ballistic tests NOT matching the seven bullets removed from three of the Cielo Drive victims.
