Let's go back into the kitchen and make some food. This time, we're going to make some plum jam, lots and lots of plum jam. We harvested a few kilos (pounds) of plums from three local trees we found in some green space near a lake. We're going to cook those up on Sunday. This will be a multi hour stream, a full day event starting at 11:00 am. Cook for a day and have plum jam for 2 to 3 years. Let's do :)
