Eldritch Ghoul: Undead + Fey. Debauched nobility that bartered their souls away. The hide within mundane society as reclusive and eccentric nobles.
Juggernaut: Giants. Brutal melee combatants. Barbarians but not quite savages.
Toothstone: Aberration. Subterranean lurker. Tentacled ambush predator that can camouflage itself as rock formations.
