The “Velma Dinkley Principle” is the idea that Velma from Scooby Doo represents the universal “5” on the 1-10 hotness scale. This means that Velma’s theoretical attractiveness is entirely predicated upon the beholder’s personal preferences, and Velma’s personality.

Anyway, this was a fun thought experiment I wanted to share, and also I wanted an excuse to draw Velma doing a Bettie Page pinup pose.
