I know you mentioned it in the beginning. Is it coming to Apple TV?
It's not the full blown thing because Apple TV doesn't allow a good amount of the content, but it is currently on Apple TV right now. Just search "The CMS Network".
On it, you can play any of the 4 radio stations, so it's more of a music thing than a video thing or podcast thing.
