Something happened to my heart!! Oh, it got all warm and fuzzy. It was, as soon as I saw Charles and Jason back in the BIG APPLE!!
Jason, you said ACU “is like flypaper.” True, but I think it’s worse. It’s the vehicle of infiltration and control. Perhaps ACU charts and steers the conservative course toward defeat. Why? Because, as Charles notes, “fake conservatives” created the org. But why? For grift money? Or is it more devious? Is it political sabotage by Leftist forces? / It’s a Marxist tactic to gain control over opposition groups via infiltration, or by creating an “anti-Marxist” group from scratch. / I may have missed any previous response to my oft repeated suggestion, that, the Ivy Street address of ACU in DC - being located right next door to the DNC HQ’s - might be indicative that ACU was created from scratch as a weapon against conservatism. Hence, this could be why ACU has escaped scrutiny (and shutdown) under Dem Administrations, esp BHO’s Admin. Plausible?
Plausible, I would say - though not asked.
However, still not looked at deeply enough (you are sided, so look for justifications to see what you want to see - and so see it).
What you actually are looking at is a totality of play. The saying "circus and bread" continues to run though the veins of those who can provide circus and bread... they've positioned themselves as "the powers that be" BECAUSE they've perfected their craft.
Right/Left is circus... Conservative/Liberal is circus. There is upper level play going on, and now I believe your looking has improved.

The pattern of pretending to be what they’re not (e.g., registered “Republicans”) is oft repeated by some of the most dubious personages in DC (Comey, Rosenstein, Mueller, et al) which shows the mindset of agents-provocateur. Does this reflect the mindset and gamesmanship of the DNC to employ such Marxist-like provocations to such a degree as to create the ACU from scratch by founders pretending to be “conservative” after having established bonefides as “true” to the conservative cause. / All warfare is based on deception. Me thinks ACU stinks!]
