All right ladies and gentlemen, it's time to ask questions for the next Q&A video. Actually I have quite a few accumulated already, but the more the merrier. Ask away and hit me with your best shot. Second question, do you think it possible for lay person in this day and age to reach sotāpanna? If not, what should be the goal for the average lay person in the West to aspire to?
How do you deal with sloth-torpor during meditation and during normal life?
