REVEALED: Newroom : Collective Framework


It's time to unleash what we experienced in Newroom : Collective to the rest of the world.

For the first time, I will reveal the basic guidelines I used to run that group for the super deep experience we got and how you can use this framework in business and life in a series of posts right here.

If you've tried everything to increase the size of your tribe (or business), yet nothing seems to work, please don't feel like there's no way out of this situation and you can't grow.

That's guru bull-sh*t.

Please don't feel like everyone else is succeeding in building their tribes, yet you can't seem to get past a certain point.

I'm going to reveal the secret that allows them to connect with strangers better than you can right now.

Here's a bigger fundamental understanding of how people are wired.

Rule #1: Clarity trumps persuasion.  ALWAYS.

My 20+ years of operating in the digital space have shown me that while certain formatting nuances can help (message structure, design, typography, images, and so on), clarity is always the most outstanding trait in a message.

It will ALWAYS out convert even the most manipulative of marketers and closers out there.

Clarity is the laser that burns through deception, which leads to truth. PERIOD.

Please don't believe me.  Test it.


1a. The other difference is simplicity.

Clarity is all about removing any distractions or confusion that could get in your way when communicating with your audience. 

It’s about opening your customers' eyes to what matters most (in this case, it was the world, conspiratorial and political view in the middle of the pandemic and if all those things were true). 

If you can clearly convey your company's personality, mission, and ethos - without getting bogged down by standard persuasive tactics or marketing gimmicks-something totally amazing and unexpected automatically starts happening:

Cohesion. Unity. 

And compassion for our fellow human being, despite all the noise and rhetoric out there.

Integrate this piece of IP out into the wild for your business, personal and social lives.

Test it.
