New Patron Feature!
I'm considering a new feature for Patrons. Each month a Zoom meeting with 3 Patrons and myself for a metal bass round table. We can talk all things metal bass and interact directly.
Patrons can meet, toss around ideas, and propose ideas to me in person.
Sound good?

What do you think would be the best way to pick each month's group?

my vote on how to pick which Patrons= I think we vote on a goal for the month. And then show how far we have come on the voted upon goal. And the voted upon goal is voted on after we find out who will be competing. This improves us as players and performers, and imposes a time gate. This way, the metal bass Round table can be based off the agreed upon goal from the previous month. It also allows those that have busy schedules to work on the goal without external time hacks/pressures. And that way people don't pick easy personal goals to attain or reach to grab camera time. So implies a fair contest, outlined by pre-decided goals (decided by the channel patrons and the Mediator), and helps Patrons work on time management and time constraints at a self pace. I really think that idea/group of ideas challenges the patrons and also helps Rodney plan the Round Table so he can ask engaging questions about the challenge and what each Patron learned while on the journey. I just hope that the idea doesn't eliminate any hard working musicians/patrons from being able to compete. And voting on the goal after the competing Patrons choose to join the Monthly competition ensures participation and pushes Patrons to stick to their convictions and time line that they willingly chose to endure/compete in.
Rodney likes to prove work and discipline pay off. This would be a way to challenge his community and help the community challenge themselves. I think Rodney McG can make quality content based off this experiment, while simultaneously helping his Patrons realize their potential, as he has many times before. Hope I have helped.
