If you are reading this, I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate you. I know it may sound cliche, but you are truly making my dream come true.

So to start, I thought I would tell you a little bit more about me. I have been writing music for video games for almost 10 years now. It's been quite a journey, and I have leveled up a lot.

Through my teens and early twenties, I was chasing the rock star dream. I played in multiple bands, and even studied guitar at the Atlanta Institute of Music. After several years of doing this, I knew that it was not the right path for me.After hanging up my "rock star shorts," I didn't want to walk away from music completely. The thought of that devastated me, but I knew that I didn't want a life as a touring/performing musician. 

After watching an interview with Laura Shigihara, I had the revelation that composing music for games would be the perfect fit for me. I could essentially marry my two passions: Music and Video Games. I remember at the time I was shocked the idea hadn't come to me sooner. 

Obviously the full story is a bit more detailed and intricate, but I feel I am rambling already. If you guys would like to hear more of my journey, I will be happy to share, just let me know!
