Tarot Question: How To Deal With This Back Pain?
I've been dealing with back pain for years due to an injury a long time ago. So, today I decided to ask the Tarot about how to deal with it as it has been bothering me quite a bit lately. And here we see again another example of how the tarot can be so right on.
Strengthening my back is well advised, and the Hanged Man. Well that is appropriate to come up for such a question, as I've heard people say that exercise-hanging is one of the best things you can do for your back. I have a pull up bar which is one way that people will hang by gripping the bars and letting gravity pull your spine into alignment. Lately, I've also been wondering if getting an Inversion table would be a good idea. An inversion table is where you lay on a table that pivots so it allows gravity to create traction on your spine by tilting to lay more in an upside down position.
Looking at the Nine of Pentacles it looks like she's is saying with confidence that this is the solution. She actually looks like she is showcasing the dishes and dishwasher. And how interesting it is that a plate she pulled out represents a disc which is another term often used in Tarot instead of Pentacles. It looks like she is saying that it is the discs or a particular disc that I should be paying attention to. Since the dishes are done and sparkling clean, and she is so confident, it indicates that this is a positive omen to focus on strengthening my back to improve the discs, and likely in particular a specific disc needs to be addressed.
The Nine of Pentacles also indicates self sufficiency so it looks like this spread is further indicating that I can work on the solution myself. With the dishes it also represents that she has gone through all the cycles, so if I go through a process of strengthening and stretching with an intention and a plan, the future looks sparkling.
