Another excellent essay!
Another great reminder of how we are all deeply connected to our environment, both the environment where we resides and the environments we come from. And also a great reminder of how we are all part of the cycles of life.
I especially liked the parts about the snails and about the trees releasing their dead branches. Great poem at the beginning too.
Wishing you all the best!
thanks so much :)
Delightful!
I somehow missed this one (saw your poem on Facebook, but missed this post). That fall "flu" caught me, and set me back a bit.
I did not realize that snails were so "amorous", haha! I love that you brought some inside to observe, and that you garnered a lesson from your interactions with them outside. Thank you for reminding us about the beauty of the cyclical nature of nature and all beings.
oh no! Hope you are feeling better!
All better, thank you!
