World January Update

Remade and improved my Whack-a-mole style gameplay scripts, now meet WHACK-A-JACK! A cheeky little bastard taunting you to bash his smug puppet face, be wary since Jack is a sneaky little guy, he might pop up with a tool or two to give you trouble.
