if fires were set by police then this is a planned race war/riot to distract from something...manipulate the public mind for some reason
if this was a planned murder to incite something...then I would bet when we look at the victim....we will find some bad things which will then help create more of racial divide if the looting is not enough

The "theory(s)" expressed in this interview is interesting but would seem to require some sort of evidence. If this is some sort of coordinated effort in various cities wouldn't there be some sort of communication going on that could be uncovered? If the point of the Patriot Act surveillance mechanism is to find and stop terror threats, isn't someone always on the alert for potential communications showing efforts to undermine security, etc.? This, of course, assumes that those listening are not part of the process but there have to be other means for uncovering these types of issues - leaks happen compartmentalization, etc. aside. The DoJ/FBI activities against Trump show some form of coordination.
