Yep, lower stratos are risky! I plan on living in Envigado, adjacent to Poblato, because it's Safe and it's Cheaper! The cartels run the show in Envigado and they don't allow petty criminals to run around robbing people. These cartels do Not want the attention in their neighborhood.
