With the whole "pandemic" thing and the increasingly bizarre situation in the USA, I've had to put The Luckiest Man in the World on hold. At least until I build a better notion of where, exactly, the year is headed.
In the meanwhile, I've started a second book, which may very well become my main work. It's an urban fantasy series called "The Strife of Bloodlines" and chronicles the occult and secret society wars underlying the overton window and paradigm shifts of modern day.

It was big, it was bad, it was loud, it was shiny.
It glittered all the way into space from the unleashed potential of everyone who was anyone that wasn’t too busy losing their collective mind near the end.
And so ends the distant prologue to my story, a life lived in the not too distant future just one pirouette to the left of the roaring twenties of your time.
I am Nicholas Alexander Franklin, the 67th president of the United States of America.
